About the conference
The reports of this conference will be aimed at solving the problems of sustainable development on the way to achieving food security and the path of mankind to organic food. The reports of the participants will formulate constructive and innovative proposals in the field of innovative food technologies and waste-free production in the food industry. Doctors of Science and professors, scientists and researchers participating in the conference will offer their solutions for the development and dissemination of "green" technologies in the production of organic food and food additives, which can subsequently be reflected in the national innovation and economic strategies of developed and newly industrialized countries.
In this direction, it is planned to publish a book (collection of conference materials) called "Agro-Bio-Technologies: Innovative solutions for the development of the industry".
The planned book will include articles reflecting the latest scientific trends aimed at realizing the ideas of sustainable development by expanding the implementation of environmentally friendly technologies in the field of food biotechnology and zero-waste production in the extraction and processing of seafood.
